What is your minimum order quantity?
A: For standard NFT channels, the practical MOQ is one pallet (roughly 150–250 m of channel depending on profile). For complete systems we quote from 200 m² of growing area — below that, a channel-only order with an installation guide is usually the better buy. Dutch buckets MOQ is one pallet (~300 buckets).
Can I order channels only, without the full system?
A: Yes. Channels, fittings and end caps ship as a standalone wholesale order. You’ll get a layout drawing and slope spec to hand your own installer — see the NFT channel installation guide.
Do you offer sample channels before a container order?
A: Yes — single channels and bucket samples ship by courier worldwide. We recommend it: checking wall thickness, lid fit and UV finish in person settles more purchase debates than any spec sheet.
How does wholesale pricing step?
A: Pricing tiers are pallet → full container. A 40 ft container of channels typically lands 15–25% below pallet pricing per meter, before freight. Ask for the tier break at your volume — we publish it in every quote.
Customization & OEM
Can channel length be customized to my greenhouse?
A: Yes, standard profiles cut to your bay widths, with drilled end caps and fitting layouts matched to your return design. Send bay dimensions and we return a channel list.
Do you manufacture OEM / private-label products?
A: Yes — we run OEM production of channels, buckets and fittings for equipment brands, including custom colors, molds for proprietary profiles and private-label packaging. Details on the OEM manufacturing page.
Can you match my existing system’s profile?
A: Often, yes — send a cross-section photo and dimensions of your current channel. Matching an installed system matters when you’re expanding rather than replacing; expansion with a different profile creates two spare-parts inventories and two flow behaviors.
Shipping & Delivery
What are typical lead times?
A: Standard channels and buckets: 2–4 weeks to production completion. Full systems with dosing and automation: 4–8 weeks depending on scope. OEM with new molds: 8–12 weeks. Sea freight adds 2–6 weeks by destination.
How is equipment packed for export?
A: Channels strapped in bundles with corner protection; buckets nested and palletized; pumps, dosing units and electronics boxed and shock-protected. Export packing is included in quoted prices — confirm it’s in any quote you compare, because it’s a real cost difference between suppliers.
What Incoterms do you quote?
A: FOB Shenzhen as standard; CIF and DAP available on request. If you’re comparing suppliers in different countries, compare landed cost, not FOB — see the cost guide’s logistics section.
Do you handle import documentation?
A: We provide invoice, packing list, B/L, certificate of origin and product MSDS where applicable. Destination-country import clearance is the buyer’s side — but we’ll flag known duty considerations for your market before you commit.
Product & Warranty
What material are the channels — is it food safe?
A: Food-grade UV-stabilized PVC-U. Ask any supplier for the resin grade and the UV package — “PVC” alone tells you nothing about 5-year sun performance, which is the spec that actually fails in cheap channels.
What warranty applies?
A: Structural components (channels, buckets, stands) carry a multi-year warranty against manufacturing defect; pumps and electronics carry the component manufacturer’s warranty, which we pass through. Warranty terms ship with every quote — if a supplier won’t put warranty terms in writing, that’s your answer.
Are spare parts available separately?
A: Yes — drippers, seals, end caps, fittings and channel sections are orderable individually, and we recommend a starter spares kit with every system: it’s cheap insurance against a 3-week wait for a $2 part during peak season.
Where can I see systems already running?
A: Our 2,400 m² testing greenhouse runs the full product line year-round — video walkthroughs are available, and visits can be arranged for project clients. Project references by region are available on request from our sales team.
