The substrate gutter is used for tomato, pepper, cucumber and strawberry in glass greenhouses, and for vertical hydroponic systems where every tier needs its own drainage. With five sizes available, the same product family covers seedlings, single-plant blocks and full-size slabs.
Select the size that matches your block, fix the gutter to a bench, a metal stand or a hanging frame. Also, connect the drainage outlets to a return line. Because the substrate gutter drains through its base, surplus solution is collected rather than pooling around the roots.
GNFORTUNE has manufactured substrate profiles since 2015 and supplies growers in more than 60 countries. Each substrate gutter is extruded from environmental grade PVC, certified to RoHS and dimension-checked before packing. Also, we help you choose the right size for your block and crop programme. You can read more about the background of this method on Hydroponics.

Match the gutter to your substrate bag, block or slab. Five sizes are available from 13 x 19 x 17.5 cm up to 30 x 45 x 45 cm.
Yes. The profile works with metal stands, hanging layouts and vertical multi-tier systems inside a glass greenhouse.
The ribbed inner bottom has drainage outlets that carry surplus solution to a return line, keeping the root zone aerated.

Covering more than 20 grow-gutter profiles from 100×50 mm to 210×245 mm, this certificate tests all 10 restricted substances under EU RoHS 2.0 (EU) 2015/863 and 2011/65/EU Annex II using the IEC 62321 series — lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, PBB, PBDE and four phthalates — with a compliant result. It is the standard material-compliance evidence European retailers and greenhouse contractors expect when sourcing hydroponic gutters.
Overall migration testing on our 110×110 mm NFT channel (base and top cover) to EN 1186-1/-3/-9/-14 under the EU framework regulation (EC) No 1935/2004. Tested with 10% ethanol at 70 °C for 2 hours against a 10 mg/dm² limit and a 3 mg/dm² reporting limit, the result was N.D. (not detected) — a pass, confirming the channel releases no harmful substances into the nutrient solution.

The supplied product page shows strawberry and leafy-green greenhouse applications. Final planting spacing and layout should be confirmed for the specific crop and project.
The supplied page shows both galvanized support stands and hanging greenhouse layouts. The final support configuration should be matched to the greenhouse structure.
The source material includes multi-row greenhouse installations and project photographs, so the redesigned page is structured around commercial and project-based buying decisions.
For a useful project discussion, prepare the crop type, greenhouse dimensions, preferred row layout and any confirmed channel or support requirements.
Share the crop type, greenhouse size, row layout and target production plan so the sales team can discuss the appropriate gully and support configuration.
