DWC Pond Liner PE Membrane Food Grade. Building a deep water culture tank from blockwork or timber needs a liner that will not leak or taint the solution. Also, this food grade PE membrane does both jobs. Gauges run from 0.3 up to 2.0 millimetres.

Deep water culture tanks built on site, aquaponic sumps. Also, fish ponds where a food grade sealed liner is required.
Measure the tank, order the liner cut to size, then lay it over a smooth base with the edges clamped over the wall. Seams can be welded on site for tanks wider than one roll.
Because it is cut to order, one sheet covers the whole tank with no joints to leak. The same membrane serves DWC vegetable tanks and fish ponds. This suits mixed aquaponic builds. You can read more about the background of this method on Deep water culture.
You may also need:
Around 0.8 to 1.0 mm for most vegetable tanks; heavier gauges suit deep or rocky bases.
Yes, the PE is food grade and used for both vegetable systems and fish ponds.
