When a procurement team asks us how to verify a supplier, we tell them the same thing we would ask of ourselves: Can you walk the factory floor? Can you see the production line run? Can you watch a crop grow on the systems you sell? G&N Fortune Limited has been a commercial hydroponic system manufacturer since 1996 — and we built our operation so those questions have honest answers.

What “Manufacturer” Should Mean in Procurement

In this industry, “manufacturer” is a word used loosely. A trading company with a catalog is not a manufacturer. Before you evaluate any supplier, verify four things on paper and, if possible, on site:

  1. Production line — is there an actual factory with molding, extrusion or assembly capacity, or only a warehouse?
  2. Quality control — what is tested, on which batches, against which standard?
  3. Patents / design ownership — who owns the product design, and can they modify it for your project?
  4. Growing validation — has the company grown real crops in the systems it sells? (This is the one most suppliers fail.)

These four checks are exactly how we would recommend you audit us.

Our Quality Control Process

Consistency is what procurement teams actually buy, and consistency comes from process. On every production run:

Engineering Support, Not Just Boxes

We work as a technical partner on projects — that is the only way to sell commercial systems responsibly. Before quoting, our engineers ask about your crop, greenhouse layout, water quality and labor. We recommend a system that fits the project, and we say honestly when a different system type would serve you better. We also offer OEM and private-label manufacturing for distributors who want their own brand on commercial hydroponic systems.

Export Experience

G&N Fortune ships commercial hydroponic systems to growers and project teams across multiple markets, handling export documentation, ocean freight and on-site installation coordination for turnkey greenhouse projects. Whatever your market, your account is managed end to end by one project team.
